Artwork

Contact one of our graphics professionals to assist you in sending us artwork or putting together artwork that will fit your specific needs. Click here for information on artwork file specifications. With the artwork our graphic professionals are able to edit files to fit any size specifications and e-mail you a proof, at no extra charge. After the proof has been approved graphics will be printed and shipped within 48 hours.

Printing

With the latest in printing technology, we are able to print just about any graphic project you have. Our wide-format, digital printers are able to print on transparency film, vinyl banner material, and poster papers with a variety of finish options (matte, satin, and glossy). All of the media we print on is top of line to ensure your project is printed on the best quality material you can find. Epson UltraChrome inks allow each and every graphic printed to pop with vibrant color. Lamination and mounting to substrates such as gatorboard, styrene, and chipboard is also available. We print all of the standard size graphics, as well as any custom size that you might need!

Shipping

Every graphic package is shipped in a hard corrugated cardboard tube, wrapped in our signature blue Kraft-care paper. A pair of complimentary cotton gloves is included in each package. These gloves should be used when handling the graphics to eliminate fingerprints and scratches.

We are able to ship via Fed Ex or UPS. Most artwork is shipped within 48 hours of the date it was approved via our primary shipping method of Fed Ex Ground. If provided we can also ship with your companies FedEx or UPS account number. If you provide us with an email address, we will also send you shipping and delivery confirmation emails for each package.

For international packages we suggest either using Fed Ex or UPS because of the better services available for tracking. These two shipping providers also have a larger number of countries they are able to deliver to over the other shipping providers.

If for some reason when the package is delivered, there is damage to it or the graphics, please call us immediately.
